Introducing the UT '07 Class

we need a win in the worst way and we need neyland to rock for these guys. A big win would help on so many levels.

Are we recruiting Caleb Thomas out of Decatur, AL?. It says on scout that we haven't offered, but lists us as high interest.

DT Langley was not on my list because I thought he had gotten turned to Penn State. He visited UT very early and had glowing remarks for UT, but then he very seldom mentioned UT and talked about loving Penn State. He said his final two were Penn State and UT and said he felt more comfortable at UT. Good pick up!

From govolsxtra:

Tennessee is not considering Corey Hall a commitment for the 2006 class. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound defensive end from Chattanooga Brainerd High School has not been offered a scholarship by the Vols.

Hall is expected to attend a junior college after high school. Then, UT will evaluate him further.

Hall told the Chattanooga Free Press in a story published Wednesday that he was committed to UT after receiving a scholarship offer.

I did not realize that 9 of McCallie's opponents made the playoffs and 3 are still playing. Go B.J. :clapping:

I heard a West Virginia fan say that Slaton was a 1* coming out of High School in Pennsylvania. I am so tired of the * rating and how some people take it for the gospel instead of finding out about the players and what they have done!

Man, this is the worst hijacking of a thread I have seen!!!! We need to shut it down and start over.

I was honestly thinking the same thing. You just beat me to it. It started off great but has gone down hill. I'm not trying to be rude but I don't care how old people are and how old their girlfriends are. Bragging about the two just seems lame to me, but what do I know. Go Vols and let's get back to recruiting posts.

Pat White was a 2* West Virginia has certainly done a lot with what appeared to be not so much.

USC is loaded with 5 star recruits. They will soon be heading to their fourth straight game for the national championship. West Virginia will soon be heading to a lame non-BCS bowl because they lost two games playing a schedule that has so far included one good team.

how many stars did jamal lewis or adrian peterson have?........hmmmmmmm, let's see, I'll give you a hint, it was more than 4 and less than 6.....

We should be bringing in some real athletes. Have you noticed that except for the lineman and the QB it seems everyone else is a potential punt/kickoff return man.
