My bad then. If not for that call, might have been a good game. It was just a horrible call overturning it in my opinion and it robbed Missouri of the chance to win.
I still can't believe that Gabbert didn't throw the ball away. If he doesn't throw the pick, the game probably doesn't come down to that catch.
That's also true. I won't deny that. That mistake shouldn't have cost him his chance for redemption though. The refs completely robbed him of the chance to make up for that interception.
I thought replays were suppose to make the game better. So they could make the correct call on a bang-bang play. Instead, half the time the calls are made the wrong anyways after viewing the replay. Might as well just eliminate challenges.
Definitely NOT a catch and a good reversal. The commentators said it wasn't a catch but didn't think they would overturn. There are some stills floating around the internet today that show the ball sitting on the turf.
