For the record, the ball can touch the ground as long as you maintain possession. The guy had already caught the ball. It wasn't like the ground helped him hold on to it. That picture is worthless.

Yeah... you're not bias at all. Nor were the refs.

It's not a great win when the refs give it to you. Iowa players were face masking earlier in the game too and the refs just looked the other way.

Having to live in Iowa and having defended them to people who hate them, I can say without a doubt that you are blind and the Hawkeyes suck. Believe me, I know. I live 5 minutes from Kinnick.

Cripes, bitter much?? You sound like an Iowa State fan. The refs did not GIVE the game to Iowa. The announcers spoke at length how the ball hit the ground and how he never had possession of it. They just didn't think that they would overturn it but agreed that the right call was made. If you watch the video you can see clearly the ball hitting the ground AND never in his possession while in bounds.

You can argue all day about whether or not they had enough evidence to overturn it but in the end they made the right call as he never had control of the ball inbounds.

With that said, game over Hawks win.

hahahahah i dont know what you guys are seeing but not only did it touch the ground it touched while being bobbled around a little bit, you could play what ifs all day with this game like what if stanzi didnt throw those 2 picks or what if iowas offense didnt boggle down in the red zone and settled for field goals. iowa won plain and simple get over it orange pearl

Did you see the same still I just saw....clearly the ball is on the ground, and you must have control of the ball on the way down, he did not have control.:crazy:
