Had the droid razr maxx for about 3 days - just switched it out for the 4S 16gig.

I've been a droid fan boy for the longest time - but only cause I was forced to be while on verizon.

yeah. Battery life improvement from droid to iphone was pretty much worth the switch alone. If my phones dead - what's so great about the 4G :( which isn't even in my area yet anyway.

I never said its the only one worth having, just the best IMO. I would settle for a droid if I had to.

I will eat steak any way but rare. Honestly the way some folks try & judge a person by what they eat or drink is dumb. Guess its cool to try & be a messageboard snob.

How do I lock my phone while in face time? I recall it working at one point but now can't figure out what changed...

When I let my boys facetime their Granny, I locked it so they couldn't hang it up or anything, now I can't lock it without cutting out the video...

I did not think I would ever do this but I am changing from AT&T to Verizon and getting a Samsung Droid Charge 4G LTE to replace my 3 G IPhone . I really like the iPhone, hope I did not make a mistake.
I've been with AT&T over 10 years but the Verizon coverage appears to be better in my area. I hope I like the Droid. I think the iPhone is the best computer I have ever owned.

Why are you getting a Charge? Not exactly the creme of the crop over at Verizon.

I would go with a Galaxy Nexus or Razr. Both are $199 right now, I think. (link for GNexus Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus Offer - Best Price Online! | Android Central)

Cellphones are becoming "outdated" every 6-12 months now days. You are looking at a phone that's been out 8 or 9 months already.

Why not just stick with the iPhone? Verizon has it and I think they will give you a credit if you trade in your 3GS.
