This would be the best "sting" TV show of all-time if it were made. I'd watch every episode, no lie.

Deadbeats? Because they didn't pay or because they couldn't afford the excessive payments that the courts placed on them so they fell behind? We have no idea what condition these guys were in. You people throw around the word "deadbeat dad" without taking into consideration any of the abuses that occur in these misandrous family courts.

Never knew you had such a bleeding heart.

You ever been locked up in the county jail Rasputin? I have. 90% are doing 11m29d for child support.
Dont pretend that they are being excessively "taxed." That is rich! They know they arent paying.
And could care effin less.

All he is saying is not to judge based on facts you do not have. Some of those guys could be trying their best to pay, but cant meet the demands of the court

I have a real good friend that is a top-notch guy, that is having a very hard time meeting the demands the court put on him after his divorce. All it would take was for him to have an extra expense come up and he would be screwed

CountVocula, if the law arrests you, in my world, you are guilty until you can get your lawyer to get some sort of plea. That is the best you are going to get, unless some miracle technicallity can be proven to exist.

Either way, it is all about the money.

Your friend sounds like a good fella. No offense meant.

Like I said in the first thread, I don't understand the logic behind locking up somebody for backed child support. It's not accomplishing a damn thing except ironically we are paying to support him now.
