In no way am I siding with the deadbeat parents, but how is this legal? Why should police be able to blatently lie to people, even if it is to get deadbeats in custody? Furthermore, there is no reason that the first guy in the video should have been "taken down." The dude was quite literally just standing there while they were cuffing him...
