Cuonzo has officially made me not care about UT basketball anymore. I don't even watch the games or know when they are on half of the time.

You said it. All I said is his wife isn't happy in Ktown. If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.

Well, I guess by posting it in this thread, you are insinuating that this could be a reason for us not playing well. That is a strong accusation. If there is any truth to it, my guess is she is uncomfortable with the rumblings about her husband. But this is the type of rumor that someone starts when she doesn't care for the local restaurant.

CCM is like Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs IMO. Great for national security, doesn't translate to coaching college basketball though.

Mike Hart is the current running backs coach at Eastern Michigan University. He was a running back at University of Michigan and played for the Cincinnati Bengals.

Not sure why Tennessee is paying him a buy out though!!!!!

I am not defending Coach Martin in any way with this. But, he really has never had the "band wagon" support the whole time he has been at UT. He has had to coach under Pearls shadow be at from the fans or the media. I could kind of see his job here actually not being the most comfortable work environment. When he screws up it is always compared to how "this never happened with pearl" and when he does something good it isn't excitement it's "hey that's expected". I often wonder if UT and Martin might have been the "wrong place at the wrong time" kind of relationship.

Martin is never gonna have full support of thus fanbase, no matter what he does. Because of this the best thing may be for this team to have success, but Hart still make a move in the offseason.

I would say the chances of that are very slim, but that really may be what needs to happen.

Friends...there is still a lot of basketball to be played, this season. I like Cuonzo...let's hope the go on a roll and get themselves into the dance.

If they can just get into the big show, this team can advance deep into the tournament. c

I am most always on the positive side and loyal to a fault...But...even I am GREATLY concerned with the abilities of CCM....those who know me KNOW that I respect people like Coach Martin more than most gifted, talented type folks who succeed...I just appreciate what he stands for....BUT...I really have doubts about Coach Martin getting it done ON A CONSISTENT BASIS...Yeah we've had three or four significant wins but I'm sorry...there is NO WAY this team should be struggling like this....and I'm not necessarily talking about losing at Rupp...That's a tall order for any team....I hope he wins the rest of the regular season....We sweep the SEC tourney and go to the final four....Exactly...Who sees that happening????
