Is Fridays game the most important so far for Martin?

I live right outside of DC (moved up after graduation from UT in May '11) so it will be nice to see Verizon with some orange in it.

Since Martin struck out on what some called the biggest game of his coaching tenure at UT, is the heat on for getting a victory Thursday night at home v. Wichita St.? A loss here puts us in a three game skid that could spell trouble for the season. A win against a ranked opponent would give the team some much, much needed confidence.

On an importance scale of 1-10, this would be a solid 9. Not season ending, but a huge hole is being dug.

It's tough to get into this season so far. I don't remember last year being spaced out this much.

I don't like them either. The kids have to take their finals, though.

I'll be at Wichita. Hopefully we can steal a game at home. It could be a long season if they don't turn it around soon.

I do agree with this, next game is huge for many reasons.
