He was born in the Panama Canal zone in 1936. That was still U.S. territory back then. The U.S. didnt turn over the canal until Dec. 31, 1999. I have friends whose kids have duel citizenship because they were born in Okinawa on an American Airforce Base.

MY messiah? I've got no messiah - I hate all politicians equally. I've voted both Republican and Democrat in elections, and I don't really care who is in there.
