Luckily, we haven't had to worry about a rotation with all four of them out at the same time. We went without a couple of them last game and performed at least as well as we were with them

If you think Kentucky being trash tonight is a reason to think they aren’t a threat, then go ahead and look at their losses before they swept the Vols last season. Very few teams on this league you can sleep on, Vandy being one. Doesn’t mean I don’t think UT can’t or won’t beat them, but if you all think tonight’s game is reason to take them lightly, then you don’t remember history very well. Even Billy G’s teams got wins against UT, two of them while UK wasn’t ranked and UT was, one of them was at home when IT was #3. I’m sure we didn’t think they’d be a problem then either. It’s never a given. Gotta play the games .

I’m sure it’s just because the roster is learning to play together . That’s his usual talking point. The reality is his defense isn’t good and he himself said they have practiced much zone defense. I wonder what an opposing coach could do upon hearing that…

Cal should have pressured SC from the start. Gone full court press in the 2nd half. Barnes did it vs Ga & it worked. You can’t let teams carve you up like that. Ky played D for 10-15 secs in the possession. SC got easy shots deep in the shot clock.

Ky will still be a top 3 team in the SEC, maybe 1 but if they can’t defend for 30 secs, they’re not going far.

Lot of pretty good teams in the league this year and everyone finding out just how tough it is to win on the road. Will be interesting to see how many SEC teams make the NCAA. I'm just looking no further than Vandy right now. Memorial is a quirky gym and can be problematic for visiting teams. You know the crowd will have a lot of orange which will help.

That’s what their fans are saying. I am not sure I have checked their message boards ever, but I’m very sick and I decided I’d check it out as I lay dying. It’s almost all Cal hate

I don’t think they go far either, but I think they give us a game, especially at Rupp. They will run into an FAU type team that will score.
