The Buffalo Head guy tried his very best to overthrow our scared democracy, but thanks to the quick thinking of the Capitol police, they were able to tucker him out with the extended version of the Capitol tour. God knows what sort of fate our nation would have suffered if not for the quick and decisive actions of a few brave Capitol police officers.
That doesn't explain away every scene in every video ... nor does it dismiss the eyewitness accounts of Republican Senators, such as Mike Rounds, Kevin Cramer and Thom Tillis. There is a gullible dupe here. It's you.
That is not true. The mob of people committing acts of vandalism and violence against the police and Capitol security were clearly in the majority. You are in denial of a very clear reality. There were thousands there. Nobody is claiming that every one of them was well behaved. Those metal barriers placed outside were mercilessly battered. Somebody shuffled Pelosi’s papers around in her office.
The clips of vandalism and swinging of flag poles has been stretched out to an extreme by video editing to give the appearance of something far more violent than what happened. You’ve been duped.
Was anything set on fire? Insurrectionists violently overtaking ground usually set thing ablaze. Or at least swing torches all about in a threatening manner. And guns go off. Let’s see the video.
Blown up in our faces? Huh? The narrative that only Democrats are calling the Capitol riot an insurrection has blown up in the faces of people such as yourself .... with the words of Thom Tillis and Mike Rounds. This is no longer a partisan matter, as you would prefer it to be.I see you are melting down just like all the other liberals now this stuff has blown up in your faces. First your hopes that Trump would be held liable evaporated. Now this. Lol. I guess your side never gets tired of losing. Funny how you think most Republicans are liars but these 3 are all of a sudden “telling the truth.” Typical liberal hypocrisy.
Kevin Cramer, Mike Rounds and Thom Tillis are not liberals .... and they are not RINO's either.

There are literally hours of footage which proves this wrong. You are lying. Look at the video. It is a mob surging toward the doors and they knocked over some barricades outside. Very few individuals damaged the building or attacked law enforcement. There were thousands there. Very little was broken once some were inside the building. The most damage was the glass to the left of the entrance door and the glass in the barrier where the lady was gunned down.
It was a majority of the people who were at the Capitol that day ... not a "subset."Who cares what they are saying? It’s not even relevant to the important questions here. I think most everyone already agrees that a subset of people did some bad things there.
The more important question to me is whether the government has spun a narrative about certain events and certain people by selectively sharing security footage. It feels like we might be given the output of a carefully orchestrated production.
I’d start with the claim that five officers lost their lives. The attorney general repeated this claim today. Let’s see it.
Next, I would like to see the complete set of footage from those who have been charged with crimes. Let’s see that, too.
Maybe they’re correct, but I am having doubts because they are editing a lot of the footage shared with the public. Why has it not been shared with defense attorneys? If it’s so bad, just release it all to the public and let everyone see for them self.
Why would anyone be against full transparency?
Ray Epps?
It looks like Ray Epps was about 30 minutes off from the timeline that he gave the January 6th Committee, but if that is the best you can do? That speaks volumes by itself.Keep on asking. They’ll continue to dodge. But keep on asking. Why isn’t he one of the 1,000 plus that were arrested?

Tucker Carlson's Jan. 6 video tapes release—Four biggest revelations
It is insane that you are still trusting what Tucker Carlson says ... even after it has been revealed that he lies to his viewers for ratings. I promise you, there is not one nutty conspiracy theory of yours which I can't swiftly debunk.

You were one of the PizzaGate believers on here, weren't you?I'm surprised at how quickly the Capitol building was repaired. In fact, it seems like the repairs must've happened simultaneously as the barbarian horde was damaging the place. All the footage I've seen, aside from the horrifying images of a broken window, shows the place looking like it is in pristine condition.
It was a majority of the people who were at the Capitol that day ... not a "subset."
That's true .... although when used, it usually is in reference to a smaller division of related things.File this under you learn something new everyday: “Subset” implies nothing about the proportional size of the subset to the superset.
I couldn’t help but notice you didn’t address any of the important considerations in my post.
