well there's theory and ought but there's also the law. you can't just wander in. whether or not that's what the law should be is a different issue

That building has been invaded and the site of numerous breaches by protestors. I'd take the pearl clutching more seriously had this been an issue for them in prior instances.

Can we arrest those that entered the Capital on 1/5 and 1/7 also?

They do way more damage and are significantly more corrupt than the protesters.

There have been a lot of bad takes. But perhaps one of the worst came from documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, the guy known for his history documentaries. Now I must admit to having watched some of his work, including on the Civil War and the history of baseball, and enjoying it. If you liked his work and thought he sounded knowledgeable, you may want to adjust your opinion after this. It’s a terrible thing to lose one’s mind to leftism.

‘It’s Appalling’: QAnon Shaman’s Lawyer Says DOJ Lied, Withheld Videos Aired By Carlson

An attorney for the so-called “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley asked federal prosecutors repeatedly for all videos showing his client inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, yet told The Daily Wire he never received the bombshell – and potentially exculpatory – footage aired Monday night by Tucker Carlson.

Albert Watkins, whose client Jacob Chansley pleaded guilty to felony charges in connection with the Capitol riot and was sentenced to 41 months in prison, said Department of Justice prosecutors were legally bound to turn over the footage. Clips shown on Carlson’s Fox News Channel program show Chansley walking freely and peaceably through the building, often accompanied by multiple police officers.
