Russia leased the naval base in Sevastopol from 1954-2014 Ukraine. It is the only warm watered naval base the RF has. They weren’t going to let a US led coup take that away....

Now take that Jewish attitude and extend it to a country. Let’s call that country Israel. Threatening Israel will have consequences at some point. Especially if they think they’re alone without allies. You can claim translation error all you want but the message is loud and clear. The response will be as well.

It’s called the Samson decision. Israel may fall but not before they take all their enemies with them.

No no no. You dont get to be selective on the USSR vs Russia argument you have lived off of. You had adamantly argued that they are completely different entities and you cant consider them one and the same. It has been the cornerstone of many of your Russian apology tours.

During that 200 years it was transferred to Ukraine.

If you actually knew your history you would stop making both crap arguments. Crimea was annexed in 1784 into Russia. It stayed with Russia until 1954. That's 170 years.

Then you have from 1955 until 2016 that's 61 years. That's more than a third of the actual 170 years. That's enough time to break any claim Russia/USSR had.

When the USSR broke up, Crimea was part of Ukraine. Russia already had a legal chance to hold onto Ukraine, if you wanted to make that bs argument, and didnt take it. You dont get a mulligan on that.
