Ok I checked that Kenpom and I dont see that being credible. Syracuse is way down the list. Big 10 would be dominating 2-4 seeds it appears.

I think it was lunardi who reported it or someone else, but they claimed to have been told that by a member.

As I said the committee uses it so take it up with them.

I'm not an expert on it so I can't explain it great, but everything I've ever seem says it's 100x more accurate than RPI.

I mean RPI has SMU like 19. You think they're a 4 seed???

Vols won't get in. To many other teams have done their job and punched their respective ticket to the tourney.

Dress up maymon, Stokes, and mcbee and put mcbee on the Russian bar for halftime at the final four. Only action we will see in the tournament.

They'd have to weight our second half very, very heavily, but it's not like the bubble is strong. There's a chance, but it's probably one in a hundred

Everything I heard said committee is gonna go:

1. Kenpom
2. BPI
3. RPI

and using RPI as little as possible. I this is true our chanes increase.

Who on Gods green earth wouldn't think we will be NIT. Bound if we don't slip into the dance (which we wont). No need to argue with everyone on here just to bump your post count. Which btw is an embarrassment

Is it likely? No, of course not. Impossible? Nope, not at all. All it takes is one person to really, really liking us.

Jimmy Hyams is reporting having an inside source on the selection committee and Jimmy will report whether UT got a tourney bid or not tomorrow right before Roger's call.
