Is Trump constitutionally barred from being POTUS again?

Imagine Colorado when he wins.
I would like to change the shape of Colorado. Snooty state just thinks it’s so perfect in its rectangularism. Even Wyoming isn’t that rectangular. I’ll vote for anyone that can add an irregular border to Colorado.

CO isn't a factor in the overall EC anyhow. Much ado about nothing, call me when Ohio, Pennsylvania or Florida remove him.

I don’t care who’s on the ballot, I want Colorado to be a different shape. The candidate that promises to make Colorado a circle, trapezoid, star or anything other than a square or rectangle is who I’m voting for.

Edit: Agreed it isn’t a factor though.

Colorado Supreme Court Judge Melissa Hart, one of the four ruling to bar Donald Trump from the state ballot:

1) gave nearly $20k to DEMs in 2008 alone, has donated A LOT to DEMS since, including former Trump opponent, Hillary Clinton.

2) married to Kevin Traskos, who runs the Civil Division for the U.S. Attorney in Denver, and;

3) is the granddaughter of Archibald Cox (not kidding).

They're not even trying to hide their incestuous political corruption anymore.

Chairs of Group that Led Effort to Boot Trump From Colorado Ballot Donated To Biden

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington helped bring the lawsuit against former President Trump on behalf of 6 voters

The board chairs of the group that brought the lawsuit leading to former President Donald Trump's removal from the 2024 Colorado ballot had previously donated large sums to President Biden's campaign and victory fund, filings reviewed by Fox News Digital show.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a self-identified "nonpartisan" watchdog group, brought the Colorado lawsuit against Trump on behalf of "six Republican and unaffiliated Colorado voters including former state, federal and local officials," the group wrote on its website in early September.

'This ends when we kill these f***ers' - Colorado Supreme Court justices are given death threats after disqualifying Trump from ballot: Judges targeted with warnings about being beheaded and shot

  • The court ruled 4-3 Tuesday to disqualify Trump from the ballot
Justices on the Colorado Supreme Court who issued the stunning ruling that would kick Donald Trump off the state primary ballot after a 14th Amendment suit have been the targets of vicious online threats.

'This ends when we kill these f--kers,' went just one of the angry online missives that have been circulating since the court's 4-3 ruling Tuesday, after it found that former President Donald Trump had participated in an 'insurrection' that triggered a ban on holding office under the post-Civil War amendment.

'What do you call 7 justices from the Colorado Supreme Court at the bottom of the ocean?' one online user asked, posting a dark missive about the justices. 'A good start,' responded another.

It came after dissenting judges warned it could cause 'chaos' and the state Republican Party vowed to try to switch to a caucus system if Trump is not ultimately allowed back on the ballot. The Trump campaign is hurrying an appeal for the U.S. Supreme Court, which is already being asked to weigh in on a separate criminal Trump prosecution on charges of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election.

President Joe Biden declined to get into the court's decision, but called it 'self evident' that Trump engaged in insurrection, a key factor in Tuesday's ruling

There are plenty of arguments but somehowI doubt you would acknowledge any of them.

I don’t see how I’m the one that can’t acknowledged facts , but I’ll listen to you try to prop up a lifer politician that’s never been anything but a drain on our tax dollars while lying to every group he speaks to . My favorite by the way was him growing up in a black church . 😂

Too many people that hate Trump and would benefit from him being excluded calling this wrong for it to be right.

Dems may think they want to jump into the **** they’re stirring to provide an excuse to drop the hammer, but judging from what I’ve seen around the net they’re not going to like the results they’re creating.
From Vets on gun groups to grandmas in knitting groups and everything in between, folks are getting red pilled hard from multiple angles like these antics against Trump, the border invasion, the regime’s economic failures and their war on parental rights, and they all share a sentiment.
This crap from the dems has to end one way or another.
When you blatantly take away their belief that voting still provides a voice, you’re leaving only the option nobody should want.

Just to be clear, you don’t think banning the leading candidate from running creates a further political divide in this country? It seems obvious it does. Rather that leads to succession or not, we will see, but I think it 100% moves us closer to that.

Lol. You gotta admire the training that causes the automatic 1860’s responses.
The bifurcation is already happening and growing with things like parallel economies. As viable alternatives are offered, accepted and utilized to oppose current mainstream offerings the gap between the sides will simply widen and become much too large to heal. There will come a time when the alternatives people have been forced into choosing become dominant and everything gets flipped around. There’s a whole lot of not forgetting and damn sure not forgiving floating around out in the cosmos.

We have laws in this country. Our country is based on the rule of law. And yet you clods seem to think that the vile POS who used to stink up the White House can violate all manner of laws and be able to run for president again. The only people who are worse than the gangster are the completely embarrassing, low IQ jackasses who continue to support that corrupt clown.

If you’re claiming this is regarding a crime, shouldn’t you wait for a trial?

In all advanced countries but this one, the gangster would be a complete pariah and laughed at if he considered running again after his disgraceful four years in office. But then other advanced countries don't have dopes in comical red hats and overalls running around showing the world how stupid America has become.
