Players play for each other and the team, fans root for a team not a coach. Anyone who does otherwise is not being a good teammate or a true fan. There is no excuse for players quitting, stop making excuses for them. I don't care if they go through a new coach each year. It's part of life.

How do we know for a fact the players quit. Maybe they made bad choices. Maybe the coach's did all they could with the talent they had but the difference in talent or bad decisions by players made the difference.

Why does it have to be everyone's fault. Its like an arm chair fan thinks he knows it all.

What's wrong with some debate and moving on? Why does it have to be full on hate from way too many fans? Is the average age of the forum members really 18?

Maybe if it's old and tiresome , then shoddy play has been going on way too long, and some of the whining and negativity is deserved ?

How can you root for a team and not root for or against the coach? He represents your team.

Also, what our football team has been through the last few years is not "part of life". How many other teams do you know that are going through the same thing?

I agree "some" but the forum use to be in better spirits and now its littered with kids trying to whine constantly. When we get a good win they think we're suppose to be ranked and win every other game.

I should have deleted before posting. It would feel better to see a discussion, debate and maybe some up tempo comments sometimes. I think some days it just gets to me to see nothing but "I hate" "I told you so" "our coaches suck" "never play this guy again".... etc

I agree that I'm in the wrong and typed way to fast without thinking.

We're not whining! Some of us fans actually have a pair of ball zz and DEMAND AND EXPECT more from this staff and team! Just being our passionate selves...didn't know you should get crucified for it! THIS IS A SPORTS FAN FORUM..NOT A KNITTING CLASS! If you're too soft to handle some criticism, I don't think this is the place for you.

Football is results oriented. You can want them to and hope them to, but they have to have the will

Poor play will rightfully be ridiculed, while exceptional play will be praised

Same goes with coaching

I think it's funny that you try to make fun of fans and you call them "fan's"
