I don't believe that it would be unconstitutional and could be done with simple legislation. But regardless of race, religion, creed or anything else any US citizen who takes citizenship in another country should lose their US citizenship. Anyone applying for US citizenship should have to give up their previous citizenship.
Except it is and the Supreme Court has already made that ruling.
 
Afroyim v. Rusk overruled a previous SCOTUS ruling on the matter so nothing is set in stone when it comes to dual citizenship.
Yea wasn’t the first time SCOTUS upheld a bad law by congress and later overturned for being unconstitutional and won’t be the last.

If someone is born and raised in the US and then uses the right to return to get citizenship in Israel how is not unconstitutional to take away their citizenship

Simply pass a law making it illegal to accept citizenship from another country.

It doesn’t. It states No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United State. Taking away citizenship is doing exactly that

That's not the law hog is advocating for. His law would state, I assume, no citizen can have citizenship with another country. That's not unconstitutional.

Yeah just make it a federal offense punishable by life in prison for accepting citizenship from another country. That gets around the SCOTUS decision.

If a jew is born and raised in America and exercises their right to return, taking away their citizenship is unconstitutional. Like I said it’s forcing people to forfeit their citizenship which is exactly what SCOTUS ruled is unconstitutional
