I will not be here much. I have tried to dial way back on politics. Arguing it does nothing to change things. Can only vote, pray, and try to work on my own soul. The older I get the more clearly I see that we all don’t have a political or economic problem, we have a sin problem. The only thing that will make this country or world better is better hearts. And we don’t get those by shouting at people.
Plus I just don’t like feeling angry towards some of the VN members who disagree with me politically but are I am sure perfectly wonderful people who just see the world differently

You just doubled down on your dumb mistake and won't admit it like a man. First of all, in the quote you mentioned that no where in the TWEET said they were targeting children. The tweet clearly said just that. Also, in your reply, you wag your finger at the poster for not watching the video and listening to what she said. In the video she absolutely says targeting children. Look at the picture that I supplied. I highlighted the very words that come out of her mouth. At the 34 second mark of the video what does she say? I will supply the picture again. "They are targeting homes filled with children". If you are going to act smarter than everyone here you might want to drop the name calling when you screw up. Have a good day.

Several others here have answered that question, and seem to have a better grasp on the tech than I do. According to them it appears the answer is no.

Now, my turn. Did you let your mouth get ahead of your brain on the specific post in question? Were you, in fact, the one that had a knee-jerk reaction?

The answer is a definitive yes…they do have this technology.

Whether it’s applicable in this war…is another question.

From what I gather, the tech is not as she describes in the video, or at least what she leads people to believe. What's your opinion?

From what I’ve seen it’s effectiveness is only good up to 100m. Would make it difficult to use, imo…if this is the actual tech she’s referring to.

For reference, that is twice the dimensions of Manhattan with 1M less people (compared to Manhattan population during the workday). They are not packed like sardines.

Whether IDF is intentionally harming non-coms or Hamas is using as shields, I'll let you guys continue to argue.

A lot of those people in Manhattan are in 50-story buildings in Midtown, Gaza doesn't have vertical space like that

Those types of building are built in Israel, Egypt, Dubai, etc. I assume the ground in Gaza would be suitable to build skyscrapers.

the attacks on 10/7 were definitely the biggest in a while, but not sure it counts as full blown war. Its definitely not the largest Hamas attack in my life time. Not sure where the line is, but 10/7 was less than 1/3 the size of 2008 Gaza War. Also seen some references to attacks involving several thousand Hamas invading Israel in 2014 and 2019 too.

The only large scale difference here is the level of Israeli response.

So is Israel expected to put up with these attacks every few years and do nothing? Israel has shown a tremendous amount of restraint in the past and currently, my guess is that they are simply sick and tired of losing people to these animals. Enough is enough.
