I would say there is a pretty strong trend for general preferences which would certainly influence the actions one takes when looking at the whole genetic group that would distinguish it from others.

Most nations have a pretty well established history of stealing other people's lands. thats how anyone of them came to exist, and resisting such measures is how they still exist.

The nation of Israel is a Jewish nation. The Nation is run by Jews, so if he’s saying it’s the nature of the people who run Israel to steal property and then it’s an antisemitic statement.
He’s very aware of that and was using it as a cop out.

Now if he’d said they had a history of this behavior, it’s not antisemitism. However he was asked by Hogg for examples and he completely ignored that question. Had it not been antisemitism he likely would’ve been interested in proving his point.
