Those who aren't citizens may be in violation of their visas. If so, consequences are appropriate and necessary. Brainwashed guilty whies, terrorists sympathizers, America haters are all protected in voicing their views...if they're Americans.
Vandalism, property destruction, etc are not part of the opinion I am sharing.

Your link shows those acting outside of what's protected were arrested.
Just as free speech is protected but illegal / criminal activity can sprout in those moments so I find similarity with 2A. I support the protected freedom of 2A. But illegal use should be punished.

To me, those positions are consistent.

If that translation is accurate, it perfectly encapsulates the war. Nothing about that is a good look.

Both sides have made a moral calculation that innocents are worthy to be intentionally killed. Israel does it for tactical success in limiting their own causalities while Hamas does it for strategic reasons to weaken Israeli support around the globe. Both strategies seem to be working.
