Its going to be an interesting year....I think DD will get it done....just maybe not this year....There's no way I'd ever be more excited about basketball over football.....NEVER...however, I would not trade an SEC Championship in football over a NC in basketball

It does not make a fan a retard if they are indifferent about basketball success. For example, I bet you are not to worked up over how pitiful our baseball team is.

I would take a final four over a national championship in football. But I like basketball better.

Definitely. I have gone to a couple of Gwinnett Braves games recently, and have been following Jason Heyward to try to get interested in baseball again. My favorite baseball story is that I played a game of foosball with Todd Helton at the Last Lap when he was a freshman.

Believe whatever you want. What exactly have you seen from our coach to make you think he’ll win at Tennessee. Other than retaining Chaney and Thompson what single thing has he done correctly?

Well I was pretty impressed with signing Rogers, Neal, and Hunter. And he has also managed not to offend or insult every other coach in the SEC.

I will. You won't win this fight because the fact is you are saying he won't win before he has coached a game here. You have literally have no idea at all how he will do, ANYTHING can happen. The better question is, what exactly has he done wrong here?

And the answer is, he has done nothing wrong. He is working his butt off to put in his philosophies to establish a winning program. Coaching hires, media policies, etc I totally support because it is what he wants. And guess what, he wants to win. Thank you for your insightful post.

Just curious, what were you saying about Kiffin at this exact time in his UT coaching tenure? Cause this sounds like a rerun to me. If you were saying the same thing, then kudos. But if you were saying anything different, please explain to me what results Kiffin had made to base a better opinion?

I didn't like the hire and still don't. With that said, I don't think it's right to be badmouthing Dooley. If you don't like the hire, blame the man who hired him not the man who took the job, especially before he's even coached his first O & W game.
