Seriously. Do you know the guy or something? Why so defensive about something you only posted a link too? And yes, I take everything Quinn says with a grain of salt until he has been around awhile.

To be fair, I think Quinn has been in the chatt area for a couple years. If he wasn't follow UT directly, they've been in his periphery during that time. He has more of a basis than I first thought.

Just figured I'd get on the same level as you. I'm just glad I was able to figure out your obsession with this guy.

How many articles from Quinn are posted on this site? And how many of those threads did I post in at all? Not sure how me supporting McBee in other threads has anything to do with me not mentioning him at all in this thread.

Again the only thing I brought up was Maymon and the mistakes the guy made concerning him. Nothing more. Don't see how that makes me the bad guy. Other than BTO didn't like me pointing out mistakes written by a guy that agrees with him.

Ok yet I post what, one article from this guy and you feel the need to shoot him down immediately? Yet you don't feel the need to shoot down Quinn, who has 5-10 articles posted here on volnation, some of which you've commented in and not once made any remark about his credibility.

I'm completely fine if you have an issue with every writer who makes a mistake, that's your prerogative, however atleast be consistent with it. If you have an issue with this guy, then you should absolutely have an issue with Quinn.

And its not that you pointed out the mistakes, that's no biggie, it's that because there were mistakes you then said this guy isn't credible why should I believe the rest of the article, that's where I have the issue. Because like i said, Quinn has made mistakes, yet not once have I seen you saying he's not credible, or dogging him. A little consistency would be nice, that's all I'm saying.

If you somehow can get from me pointing out mistakes in the first 3 paragraphs of this article to I need to critique all of Quinn's work, then you really have run out of stuff to argue about.

If you don't get the correlation then you've run out of meds. Real simple...you thrown out the rest of this article BECAUSE he made a couple mistakes...however you have never once said anything about Quinn's credibility or dismissing his articles or pointing out his mistakes...and he has made a few.

I just don't get your hatred for this guy? Every article that's been posted on VN is written by someone who somewhere along the lines has made a mistake in an article, it happens. So why is it this guy you choose to go on a tangent about?

I'm not laughing. I can't get to any solid info in a thread without reading 4 or 5 pages of you having a piss off with some random poster about technicalities. If it isn't you then its Zansdad or MemphisCanes or god forbid all three of you. Just stop already.

Not trying to be smart, but if you want strictly information, with no discussion or opinion, a message board isn't what you're looking for. I concede that sometimes we get carried away, especially me, but if you're looking for just info a message board isn't the place.

I'm guessing you don't spend any time in the football forum?

If I have gone on a tangent to my original post, it's because I was being pushed down that path. What Quinn, McBee, girls names, or any medications I might be on are only in this thread because you brought them up.

For the sake of CAVol and others like him/her I won't comment on this again. As always I will read whatever reply you have but I think I am through fighting about it.

I wasn't trying to be an ass. And there is a difference between discussion/opinion and ridiculous bickering. A huge majority of the arguments you get into don't serve any purpose other than to prove that you are right, rather than accepting someone's opinion. It just gets annoying when that's happening in just about every thread.

I don't go to the football forum because I don't know football well enough to be able to intelligently discuss it. I always thought we were trying to be different than the football forum. It seems like that's not the case at times.

I've been here for 2 years as a member and another 2 before as a lurker. I am very aware of what a message board is.
