you should study the Constitution. Gore wanted selective recounts, clearly in violation of the equal protection clause.

That doesn't change the fact that Gore won. That just proves the fact that the Supreme Court prevented the election from being solved fairly.

The founding fathers never envisioned a scenario of the magnitude of Florida.
