No, this has originated within the administration. Sure they dont know for sure but stuff leaked from big donors has merit. He's gone today.

Thought it was supposed to be 3pm yesterday? You know, so Gru could break the big news on MNF. Got pushed back till today huh? What if it doesn't happen today? Next week, book it? Is it going to be one of those deals where all of our insiders were right but the deal fell thru so actually they were wrong but still claim to be right? Never understood how that works. I guess the situation is fluid. I guess we will just wait and see.

You do realize that since today IS Monday, an announcement today would still allow time for the big announcement on MNF.

Oh yeah, I realize that. Also, I realize that would be considered unproffessional on behalf of Hart and Gruden. Even if behind the scenes negotiations have been going on, as a proffessional courtesy, firing & hiring usually are not announced the same day.


Or they could just knock it out in one big press conference... you know, Royal Rumble style and what not. :)

I just called my buddy and he's not answering. That's the first time in 10 years he didn't at least text me back within a short while. I'm worried. Either I've been had, he's been had, the deal fell though, or its not close enough to announce yet. I don't know. This is just too damn stressful. I have a day full of meetings and all I can think of is WTF is going on in Knoxville and I'm in Houston!
