No, it's kind of creating a buzz for recruiting as well. Oregon and Phil know they don't have the history or fancy tradition others have, so they try to be creative.

Lmao. Ahahahahahaha. If that helps recruit I am not sure I want the kind of mental invalids that think that 1) those uniforms look cool, and 2) want to be on a team with no tradition AND awful uniforms.

I didn't say it was the official recruiting craze, but that it can help, just ask their very good TB LaGarette Blount.

No you're right, it helped them finish behind St. but ahead of Texas Tech. That buzz reeled in an amazing four 4* recruits.
