Maybe we thought we were in control at Half... Then they adjusted and we adjusted the wrong way, maybe we don't have the depth or talent to beat them more than once a year ? Thoughts ?

God, at least play someone (wooldridge) who has potential to be productive in a game.

HUH? Are you serious?? At least Pearl plays hard defense and plays tough around the basket...Yeah he might not look pretty and yes he may jack up some layups..But he also caused 3 turnovers tonight with tough defense...

Woolridge is a Joke...He is 0-forever shooting and That guy looks lost out on the floor. He plays no defense...At least Pearl goes out and plays hard even though he is not that good..You never see him line up a 3 pointer and miss everything..He knows what he can and can't do...

The 'refs are out to get us' act is getting old.

Yeah. About as old is the "quit blaming it on the refs" act, sir.

I'm not saying we didn't play bad, but the refs not calling fouls was a BIG factor in the loss. If you didn't see that, you weren't watching the freaking game.

Blame the refs, I do it almost every night, but not tonight. They sucked but we just got beat. After Chism left that was it. No inside threat of scoring. No rebounds. Not Steven's fault, in fact I think this was his best game. He's starting to play some hard defense.

I've watched every single game and the refs have never been a significant cause of any loss. All they ever really do is make bad loss worse.

:banghead2: Pearl might play some defense, but come on man, give the ball up on a fast break and then you'll get it back for an uncontested lay up. B. Mayze was calling for the ball all the way down the court, but Pearl tried to no avail to be a point guard. Give me a Break.:disappointed::ill_h4h::post-4-1090547912:

i like his D, but he could honestly just never cross that halfcourt line and still do as much for us offensively. honestly that might actually be best because then he wouldnt touch the ball.

yeah that reverse he made and that ball he threaded the needle on the transition pass was god awful. sometimes i wonder if half the negative posters have ever sat foot on a basketball court.

Although we've played bad, the refs were absolutely horrid tonight. I've never seen so many touch fouls called against a team (us) and not called against the other (florida). Really terrible calls.

Joke? It was the most fairly called game I've seen Tennessee in this year.

well i will agree the refs sucked that game it was fouls and the refs liked turned there head like they were blind man it was some touch fouls being called if we could hit some free throws we would b in a lot more games man they suck think they should shoot them more

Hahahaha I hope you are being facetious.

What? I thought Swipersuck was really productive tonight. Tyus put one in his eye his first defensive position; he follows that up by dropping a routine pass that led to a transition dunk. Just another day at the office.

All the free throws he bricked and lay ups he missed are now forgiven.

hello??? hes a walk on!!!!! just what exactly are your expectations of him?could they be just a bit unrealistic???

He's also the coach's son. He wouldn't get a scholarship even if he did have the talent for one.

Regardless, he should still make lay ups and free throws. If you are a walk on, you should have the fundamentals mastered.
