J.P. Prince Transferring to Tennessee?

That's fine. When you first started this you were acting as if Kiffin is the sole reason. Now that you've scaled that back considerably, I'm fine.

BS, he has been consistent throughout. You are the one who tried to insinuate he was saying it was solely due to Kiffin so you could even attempt to form a coherent argument. You failed.

When your receivers drop every pass and your defense without depth is on the field the entire game, you're not really going to stop anything.

Kiffin and Monte were outschemed for 3 quarters. We were kickin butt in the fourth quarter because he had the talent, just not enough time.

That loss is on the coaches.

If UT makes a bunch of routine completions, they probably win. Can't blame Kiffin for that. With those completions, the defense isn't on the field the entire game.

I also think Auburn was a more talented team, in general.

Dooley brought in Hunter and Stone, neither of which would be here if Kiffin was still the HC here. Kiffin brought in a great class of early enrollees and had done a great job of selling the program up till his departure. Dooley closed out a bunch of these kids that were already sold on UT. I see no reason why we can't merit the accomplishments of each coach without disqualifying the work of the other. Arguing over Palardy is kind of stupid IMO, Kiffin brought him in and got him interested but the program recruits itself to a degree and that is why the kid stuck even with the coaching change.

Routine completions? Would that have anything to do with practice reps? This sounds like an awful lot like the excuses people made for Fulmer. The buck stops at the head coach. Depth had nothing to do with that game. Those same dropped balls turned into catches in the fourth.

And the talent issue is debatable, Auburn was dispatched by Kentucky and it took SEVERAL bonehead missed field goals by an un-intimidating Northwestern team to keep them from having the same record as we. That game was ours.

It's not really a coaches job to teach college receivers to catch. Crompton not being able to make some of those easier throws can't be blamed on the staff. The staff made a great turnaround with him. It doesn't make them bad for not turning them around earlier.

Auburn averaged 11 wins from 2004-2007. A bad OC hire was the reason for the disaster in 2008. I'm quite confident the team had more talent then they were given credit for. I don't believe there was a straight drop off in talent. UT should have won that game, but that had more to do with execution than anything else. Poor passing and catching ended a lot of drives early.

Oh give me a break. They're college receivers. They can be coached up, but if they can't catch what hits them in the chest, it's not the coaches fault. If the coach has to teach them how to look in a pass, then something is very wrong.

Whenever I see a thread that just completely sucks, somehow SaintBruce is involved.

Do you then ask yourself, "Why am I spending my time replying to threads on the internet that I think suck?"

Life is short broheim. Time to reevaluate.

SaintBruce is an artist of the troll form, and every one of you that has gotten into an argument with him have been severely owned.

Barely over 1,000 posts on VN and SaintBruce has already made a case for the worst poster in VN history - including trolls from other fan bases.

The ironic thing is that he called Volnation the laughing stock of the internet and now has 1/4 of the posts I do in about 1/13 of the time.

WOW! You owned him!!!

Seriously, the "you're a loser because you post on the internet" argument is brilliant!!!

Yea that was in one of her SOS letters to the Mods.
