And just a reminder, they recruited Rashada after their previous comment said the 'n-word' while repeating rap lyrics. Seriously ... kid needed to be told not to do that, not have his scholarship yanked. No one seriously thinks he's a racist just b/c he was reciting rap lyrics. And he apologized.

Others may know better than me but I thought if you actually signed a Letter of Intent the only way out is if the school lets you out of your Letter. I doubt FL tries to hold him "hostage" if he wants out but that was always the point of "signing day" vs a verbal.

Didn't we see this with a kid after Pruitt left? He wanted out of his Letter and we finally let him out, as I recall.

Where did that guy end up?

I guess he could always hit the transfer portal this spring.

There's part of me that thinks this is all too good to be true...that despite all of the evidence of a pure s***show going on something is going to click for them and they're going to be one of the bigger comeback stories of the season next year...

With that being said...I certainly wouldn't put money on it...right now all the evidence points to ol' Billy being in way over his head

So, million $ question I guess.

Is this a matter of the Gatahs just being delayed with an NIL payment? Well, I guess I should say whatever foundation Florida has to handle such things-I know they cannot be directly "involved"

Or

Is Florida having issues raising NIL money?

Either way, not a good look but it's kinda sad on the other hand also. Money rules all I suppose.

I think it’s a little early to tell. I don’t think anything concrete has come out. Kind of hard to believe UF is having difficulties in raising NIL money. I mean it’s possible I guess. Either way it makes me happy to see them possibly losing their biggest recruit.

I am thinking A&M will be the come back team next year. But I also have no doubt Florida will play the best game of their season against us.

If this is true, how does Florida allow this to happen? I wonder who’s really at fault here? I doubt a coach would just throw out a number without knowing details about the deal.
