Jalen Hurd headed to Baylor

Before last season, Hurd was D4H's #1 running back in the 2017 draft. 8 months later, Hurd will be drafted in 2019 (if at all) and he is no longer a running back.

That's like predicting that the Titantic will be the world's most popular cruise ship.

Going to Baylor, yayyyy now we can forget about him.
So long as he doesnt pull a DGB he should be fine. Curious to see if he will stay at RB or transition to TE. He's an interesting physical specimen if you can look past his previous troubles (and really it's not that hard too - all these kids do is play football).

Hurd is an outstanding athlete. He doesn't have the quicks for a lot of spread offenses, and so is trying to figure out how best to make it to the NFL. Sitting out a year to give it a go at TE for one year at Baylor is a pretty serious decision. He'll have to learn to block. Became a spoiled brat at UT, but still wish him well.

Jalen Hurd was outstanding at blitz pick up. He knows how to block.

He really needs some better influences around him.

Feldman says he's going there to play WR. I heard recently that he's slimmed down considerably in preparation for making the switch.

Not TE. Bruce Feldman says he's trying to switch to WR.

If he's no longer a Vol why give him a thread on VN? He is irrelevant to me. He's going to a program that is a complete disaster and in disarray. Shows you once again the brainpower behind some of the choices that youngster makes.
