What punishment would you propose for two players getting into a fight?
Word is Tabor swung his helmet at Cyontai Lewis after some trash talk, followed by Lewis beating the crap out of Tabor.
I always thought "Cyontai" sounded like some prescription anti-depressant.
Perhaps next time Tabor should consult his physician before taking Cyontai...side effects include getting your ass whipped.
If I understand the tweet, Tabor dissing Lewis for testifying against a thug friend of Tabor's and sending him "up the river".
Breaking it down, Tabor is not mad at his friend for screwing up, He's mad at Lewis for the testimony. To me, that says a lot about Tabor's ethics, morals and judgement.
Yes, McElwain has a problem. Seems like McElwain is new enough to understand that he needs to win to keep his job. Whatever it takes.
That's ironic, considering UT found itself in a similar situation last season with a player being criticized for snitching on a teammate...from the top down no less.
What is ironic? I didn't mention anything about UT at all. You are pulling UT into this? This is all about Tabor and McElwain's handling of it.
It's ironic you're questioning Tabor's ethics and judgment when your own head coach was criticized for calling one of his own players a "traitor" for outing a teammate accused of sexual assault.

Which he denied, you may have missed this part.
The assertion that I ever attempted to belittle or demean a young man for taking action to help another person is absolutely false. To the contrary, I did all I could to assist the former student in question. During the course of the judicial process, campus officials, as well as the young man's own words, will clearly establish that I have done nothing wrong. I will fight all of these false attacks on my character, and I know that once this process has been completed, my reputation will be affirmed. Butch Jones
Not much denying that Tabor is calling out another current player. The players in question in that article are also no longer on the team and have no bearing on the 2016 season. I think the point is Tabor has the potential to be a team dividing cancer. As far as ethics and judgment, I think one can assume Tabor is lacking in the area. Even a gator fan should be able to admit that without deflecting, at least the judgement part.
