Jamal Khashoggi

Graham says MBS was "complicit" in the murder, Corker says he ordered it.

Trump is tweeting about hating Mueller.

Remind me why we should GAF?

I guess you can ignore it now if you choose. When the Dems take over the House, though, they are going to scour Trump's finances for linkage to S.A., MBS, etc.

I've never understood why leftists get outraged at Trump's twitter. It's not like anyone is forcing you to read it.

It's not so much being outraged but more being astonished. We bring it up to force you guys to say......yeah, that's the guy I voted for and support.

I am outraged by the GOP's lack of reaction to Trump's tweets. Occasionally one will stand up and take issue with it, explain he's gone too far. But then he's bashed by Trump relentlessly and labeled a RHINO by Trump's minions at Fox.

I don't have time to worry about every soul in this world that is murdered by their government. And apparently neither do you.

You don't get it.

It's not about the murder. It's about the fact that Trump is once again placing his own financial interests ahead of the country's interests on a question of foreign relations, whether they be strategic or value-based.

What are our countries interests in this guy?

We've shined SA's shoes ever since the end of WWII. This is nothing new.

A US-based reporter working for a US publication is assassinated by one foreign government in the embassy located in another country. Organized, 18 men, sent by the head of a supposed ally to kill the guy because of his views and public statements.

So, I don't know. Maybe same reason we (theoretically) don't like the Russians offing people with exotic poisons in England.

(Disclaimer: Unless Trump is in charge of the response to the Russian thing. Then, of course, he will do nothing. Except maybe say that the poison could have been sent by a 400 lb. guy in his basement.)

He had purchased an apartment in Turkey and had moved there to live with his soon to be wife, so he was no longer US based. He was only a contributor and not an employee of a US publication.

I've asked this of others with only 1 answering (and I believe that was BS) are you willing to pay $4 to $5 per gallon for gas over this guy?

The angst seems pretty bipartisan judging by some of the comments coming out of the senate briefing today.

Hey I get that it was a despicable act, I just don't think we should be leading the charge in punishing it. Have Turkey and other European countries placed sanctions or restrictions on Saudi oil yet?

Of course we don't. We do, however, have time to worry about this one and it's about to blow up in Trump's face; then he will make time to worry about it also. He played this one like a soulless moron, which I guess is being true to himself.

So the only time you GAS about a country murdering one of it's citizens is if it can somehow hurt Trump?

Of course not, and it only hurts Trump because he responded like a soulless moron. That's on the trumpster.

Ya that’s the guy I didn’t vote for and support some of his platform... what now?
