Jarnell and Jordans draft status

JS needs a left hand and be dangerous facing up out to 15 ft and a better ball handler in the open court. Until he acquires those skills, he's a nice college 4/5 player.

He also needs to show more consistent low post defense.

I think they obviously all need to come back. Stokes is the only one who should even remotely hear rumors that he should go from friends and what not.

But I'm pretty convinced on Richardson getting drafted after the next year or two. He's athletic, has shut-down defense, and his mid-range game is just money when he decides to take the shot. He won't go high, maybe even a FA, but a team will take him for his defensive play off the bench.

Stokes stays and helps the next two years to recruit his brother and Tobias' brother here. JMO

Not even close. Stokes can't shoot from outside the paint and Randolph makes a living off the midrange jumpers. Not too mention the fact that Randolph can handle the ball. Its like comparing apples and oranges. Stokes plays more like Dwight Howard (Yes I know there is a major height difference.) But both play with there backs to the rim and use their strength and size to get to the rim.

Did you see the part where he said if he can get a Lil mid range jumper going? Guess not

I talked to someone close to the program over the weekend. They told me that if Stokes has a chance to go Pro this year, he would. He said he isnt a big fan of school.

Maymon has too many knee issues. If he absolutely dominates next year, he's a second rounder. Otherwise, he's not an NBA player.

Richardson I see as a DeAndre Liggins type, where he may not necessarily get drafted (Liggins was, but 53rd out of 60 picks) but he'll make a team and stick. There's always demand for perimeter defenders of his caliber.

Stokes has ability and will be drafted, but if he wants a guaranteed check he needs to take a big step forward in rounding out his game between now and November.

I'd feel better about McRae's chances if he were a year or two younger. If you want to get drafted as a senior, you better be dominating the college ranks.

Depending on who you talk to there's mixed feelings. Some think he wants to go, others say he wants to stay. The ones that say go are like you said, if there's a chance...right now there's not a good chance of him gettin drafted.

Did someone really just say they could see Golden going as early as the late first round? Lol

Is it likely? Definitely not. Is it possible? Maybe.

If Golden continues (and improved upon) his play of the last few games throughout next season, he could become a bit of a wildcard. He will likely be a late 2nd or a FA, but if a team fell in love with the way he plays, he could go as high as the end of the first.

Lol at the guy saying Maymon needs to try his hand at football.

He is undersized and has knee issues - not exactly the recipe for a prolonged career in the NBA. If his knees can't hold up on the basketball court, he is strong and athletic enough to warrant giving it a shot, a la Gates, Gronk, Graham, etc. Not saying he would be successful in that venture, but he may be more physically suited for that than a post player in the NBA.

Golden will not get drafted no matter what he does. Sorry.

Gronk played college football, Graham and Gates were really good hs players that picked basketball in college. Its not like those guys were not really good football players at some point in their lives. My question is, did Maymon play HS football?
