I only switched my avatars because I was tired of the idiots asking every 2 days..."Why do you support OU and UT...bandwagon...". I never straddled the issue. I always say that I have family (quite a few) from UT. I spent a lot of time in OU.

Maybe sugarcoat wasnt the right word. I just dont think you take to many risks. I am not afraid to say that UT is in the back of mind 100% of the time to UK. I dont like to admit my faults and say bad things about my team. I dont think many people do that anyway.

I like you Hardwood. I really do.

Unfortunately we havent been a great athletic school in a while. Our football sucks. Our basketball is average. And the most successful sports team is Cheerleading.

Why? Do you think it makes you less of a fan? If so, that's absurd man. When we get out-rebounded by an average mid-major, it means that we sucked on the offensive boards. It's okay to say it. Half of Our fanbase is insane, a lot of them so far in that they just can't speak rationally or logically about the sport or the program. Same with UT football fans, and many here will admit that.

I'm not here to get UT fans to like me, I could care less about it. But when you can't talk to your own programs fans about your schools faults because they go ape sh*t crazy about a negative comment, thats ridiculous.

I have fought more than my share of battles around here concerning UK, but they are worth the fight, rather than being ignorant enough to thing that rap stars and celebrities all of a sudden became UK fans.

I haven't been following since I left KY. I once watched Dunbar lose a football state title game by missing an extra point in OT.

I am not denying the fact that we have weaknesses. Trust me, I am the first one in the room to get pissed off at Gilchrist for turning it over...or for Davis playing "weak".

I am not saying I will NEVER say anything bad about UK. But like 75% of UT fans...I will not stand in front of a bunch of strangers and admit that UK has issues. It exists, i wont deny it...I just wont be the first to bring it out. Go look at some of my posts. I have admitted UK has issues. Many a time.

Ugh. When I was a freshman in college, I had to ask a professor to explain what email is. The Internet was in its infancy stages when I was in high school, and my grade school teachers thought it was cool to have something called "Prodigy."

Exactly. I read what Hardwood writes with a grin. He's a UT fan favorite because he sides with them on every subject concerning UK. He kind of reminds me of that kid in the neighborhood when you're growing up that's so insecure with himself he agrees with everyone just to fit in. I mean, whats the point of being on a discussion board if you dont do anything but agree and brown nose? I bet his wife beats him.

The scary part is that there's just enough of the English language to assume JS is at least above the age of 12. Perhaps it's a teenager who thinks it's cool to invade the Vol board. If it's an adult, this is just sad.
