Lol, that had to slightly terrifying the way that nearly fell on them. Then the horror of seeing it slowly fall, while smacking against the side of the tower. Been there many times when stuff goes wrong and you just have to stand there and accept your fate.

Quite true. Griese was over 50 years ago. He was in the running for Heisman against Spurrier in '66, and Purdue won the Rose Bowl that year.
