If winning the SEC doesn't matter, then Tanning Bed hasn't done anything either. Oh, I see. The mindless homers are so enamored with Pearl being on the set at the Final Four talking about the games that they consider that just as good as playing in the games.

Pearl has had us in the NCAAT every year he's been here. I know the man lied but tell me you've never lied. If you do I will call YOU a liar. The man made a terrible mistake. The very best thing you can do is take your Pearl hate, crawl in a hole and pull it in over you. I'm damned tired of your sorry mouth and Freak needs to ban you.

I'm tired of your inability to properly execute the quote function. Guess everybody's getting exhausted.

Given that he's 1 out of 4 in that regard so far, I guess we can expect a flurry of SEC titles on the horizon to validate your assertion.

You might as well posted the price of tea in China. This has nothing to do with what you quoted.

I guess I have to spell it out for you. Regardless of SEC Championships, Pearl wins when it really counts.....

Like against Ohio State in 2007, Louisville in 2008, or Okie State in 2009? You must talking about the Michigan State game last year. When it counts is in the NCAAs. Conference championships are only a means to getting a high seed, nothing else.

Yeah, it's so great that Pearl made the final four, even if his team didn't. Guess that's close enough for the Pearl lovers.

If you think conference championships mean nothing, you should just become a Cal and KY fan. Conference championships are a huge deal, like it or not.

I think Jelan is being pushed towards Clemson by Wheeler folks, but I also think if we had not "dissed" him when we had Selby, he would have had interest.

I would love to see him operating as the PG in the Pearl system. Memphis cannot offer him the PT we can.

If we have a great season, he may be like lots of these guys and not decide until Spring so he can watch March Madness and see who he is "feeling".

I am rooting for a horrid year from Pastner and a great year for Pearl and the Vols that shows that we score a ton and play intense defense but also have fun with runout dunks etc.

A class that included him would make me really happy.

Yeah, he sounds like the high character kid that we really need on our team. He would likely toughen up our other players, or maybe you are just looking for a kid with character traits that match our coaching staff?

I love it when fans want a certain recruit and talk about hoping they get him. Then, when he chooses someone else, its like he became some sort of headcase and nutso over night. Kendrick will be fine and his issues have nothing to do with anything serious.

Obviously, it's not serious. It's not like he was suspended from the team or anything---oh wait.

Call it what you want to but you have no idea what youre talking about anyway. Players get into altercations all the time. He needs to work some things out and then everything will be fine. Its not like he got drunk on New Years and bought some weed and drove 90 mph around knoxville with two illegal weapons with altered serial numbers either.

Only one of the guns was illegal. I do not think Tyler knew enough to check to see if Ramar had filed down his gatt after he stole it.

Illegal guns sound scary. Both of the pistols he had were too valuable to be commonly used in crimes.

HKs are almost never used in the commission of a violent felony. A Makarov? Much more common.

All Im trying to say is that this alleged suspension for Kendrick has nothing to do with legal, financial, or academic issues. Therefore, trashing him without knowing anything about the situation is pretty cheap. Do what you do I guess.

You're right! It's just personal issues he needs to get resolved---just fighting and threatening teammates. Nothing to get excited about. I really don't know why he would be suspended from the team. These kind of things just serve to allow the team to bond.

There was no "fight" and even the guy that he allegedly fought with spoke highly of him shortly thereafter. The issues are truly personal and the fact that its being kept that way is causing a bunch of people to concoct their own stories that they seem to think might have happened.

I like Pastner, I am actually not a person who despises Memphis as a university. I do not want to spend any time in the city and I know that in case of the government ceasing to take from some and give to others it would turn into a mad max movie faster than anywhere else in our state.

I wanted Kendrick. We did not push that hard. Hat thinks it is funny I wanted him.

It is surprising that he knew Kendrick had personal issues and did not speak about them before this story broke. Hat holding back from bragging about his "insider" knowledge would be a truly remarkable occurrence. If he had no knowledge, then he is just rejoicing in someone else's misfortune and trying to use it to make himself look smart....wait a second...that seems familiar.
