Jeronne Maymon

If I was 6-8 I would make a layup over anybody. That, or I would've figured out how to draw fouls in order to do so or shoot from the line. If I was 6-8 I would put the ball through the hole and take arm's and any other appendages that get in the way. Some may laugh, but have you ever stood next to a 6-8 260 lb man? There's nothing that guy cant do if he wants to. And for all the one's who want to say..'There's guys that size in the NBA'. No, not exactly. Height, yes. Weight, nope. You HAVE to learn how to use your weight to your advantage. I'd deposit Kobe into the 3rd row in LA with my butt at 260. And then I'd slam over Gasol. Posterize his Spaniard arse on TV.

Poster that warms up bench pressing Buicks approves this message.

If you were 6-8, you would still be flipping burgers at BK because your people skills would not allow you on the court.
But hey, you would be the tallest burger flipper in the land. And you could slam those burgers over anyone while throwing those burgers into the food line .

Maymon isn't close to being the problem on this team.
As long as Martin is here the back court will lose games for us.
Always has, always will under Martin.

I'm excited for Larry Austin, think he will be the best PG Tennessee has had since Watson.

It will be refreshing to have a guard that can pass to the post. Our ball handling / passing should be a significant upgrade with Austin and Thompson handling the ball.

we have no problems right now passing it to the post from Barton or DT. The others can't though. Trae couldn't either. Really, Skylar was about the only one last year that knew how to change angles on passes to get it to the post.

If people actually knew how much Jeronne goes through to play on this team, they would STFU and appreciate what a tough guy he is.

he hasn't been the same player as last year, but no wonder with what all he has overcome ,he is one tough Man

Since i was one of the first to jump him for the misses against florida i ll be one of the first to say he has stepped it up tonight. Eapecially in the sexond half. Big makes on put backs... Hes goin up more directly instead of dribbling and duckin around. Happy to see it.

We're a much better team when he follows through.

I commend you for showing you can be critical but give credit when it's due. :hi:

Dudes back to his usual ways this year. No elevation, getting his layups rejected or just flat out missing them... A black hole on offense and no threat to block any shot. Tennessees a better team with him on the bench.

So yall are saying orherwise ? Hes 0-3 and has had 2 layups blocked... Even cuonzo felt the need to bench him for his lack of production. Its not like hes in foul trouble. I dont see how im wrong. Are you just upset cuz its negative ?

Lol the dude almost averages a double double. The reason they are upset is cause you are wrong. He had a bad half. Every player playing D1 basketball has had a bad half
