Tough to go up against OSU then Louisville if we win but I'd love nothing more to see both of those

He still doesn't have UVA in, even after last night. That's surprising.

If we're an 11 seed now, and we win these final 3, we should at least be a 10 going into the SECt.

How hot we are will also play a factor IMO. We win out the season, and win one or 2 at the SECT I could see a 8 or 9 seed

If that were to happen, I think I'd rather be a 10 seed, and stay out of the 8-9 game. Of course, with as weak as the top of the field is, playing a #1 seed in the Second Round isn't as daunting as it usually is.

I would say Tennessee matches up pretty favorably with both of those teams.

I definitely don't think we match up with Louisville...JMO.

We struggle with quick guards, they've got some of the quickest. We struggle with ball pressure and traps, they do it like no other. Stokes has trouble against length, they've got a 7 foot shot blocker.

I would rather not see Louisville if at all possible.

Right. Just win and play where they put ya, I'll be happy if we make the dance.

This X 12!!!

I think we owe OSU a loss. Ohio St. or Ok. State lol

I live in the Louisville area so I've always had to deal with the fans if we face them and beat them it would possibly be the greatest day ever lol.

Yep. Everything else is a bonus. I also agree that Louisville is a bad match up. I am curious why the poster thinks otherwise as I can't think of any reason that matchup would favor us.

Sounds a lot like Florida, other than the shot blocker.

I think stokes has done much better against length. He did pretty well against Cauley-Stein. I think that his early struggles against length were just him learning his limitations. I look for him to be much better from here on out.

Cauley-Stein is a teddybear. He's still very raw, and plays soft on top of that.

O'Bryant gave Jarnell a lot of problems. He's probably a better "measuring stick".

Stokes had 13 points (50% shooting), 11 rebounds, and O'Bryant fouled out. Ill take that all day, every day. Also, there was a 7 footer in the game with him at times.

I didnt specifically mean the louisville game. I meant the whole side of the bracket. Ohio State, Louisville, Gonzaga. I would prefer that to Kansas-Miami-Indiana, or Florida-Duke-Michigan State. Michigan-Arizona-Gorgetown may not be too bad.

live in Louisville as well. But I hate uk a million times worse than ul. That said I wouldn't mind beating the cards....just don't wanna lose to them.

To me, whatever else happens, this is a great year. We beat dem cats by 30.

Florida has no guard comparable to Siva or Smith. Florida's guards are a good matchup for us because they aren't overly quick actually.

Do you not recall how many times Stein stuffed stokes? Most of stokes baskets against UK were with stein out, plus that break away dunk.

In fact, stokes was 3-10 THREE MADE FIELD GOALS, I wouldn't use that as evidence he's improving against length.
