Probably a few more WTF moments out of them after Kamala started taking the congratulatory calls from world leaders.

While they may have disliked him, I don't think any world leader worried about whether or not Trump was showing obvious signs of dementia.

I wouldn’t doubt that world leaders met quietly, and had discussions about him and the rest of the administration.
it appears that Kamala Harris has to take up the slack, and that isn’t good either. We didn’t need her in the White House, after the comments she made about Trump voters, and going after them.World leaders isn’t afraid of Biden, because they know he isn’t going to do much to anyone, except give in to Iran and China.
