Hope hart goes after gruden. I was ready to see Dooley go after the kentucky loss. Saying dooley will get it done is like wiping my a** before i poo just doent make sense.

I agree..All of the "keeps" that u mentioned would be perfect for Gruden's staff,IMO, but he decides that in the end.

Gruden will probably interview all of the current assistants besides Chaney. I'd keep Hinshaw, Palmero, Sal, Ansley, Graham, and I like Conklin as well. If Chucky brings in better,then by all means fire them.

Keep all in bold (not totally sold on Ansley yet but seems to be an up and coming recruiter, keep Sal for LB's), everyone else, hit the road and make room for upgrades.
