I can see what you are saying...to a degree. There was some good things tonight, but there were some trainwrecks. We fought. Great, but I expect that. I don't hope for it. My teams didn't win every game, but I assure you they gave max effort every time they stepped on the field. We gave up nearly 600 yards on offense. We could set an edge even if we were working a puzzle. The outside running lanes of our D are open more often than a 7-11 store. We are in season 3, and the only solution for a reliable kicking game was pulling a guy off frat row 2 hrs before a game. We recruited a kicker, but got his leg broke his leg in practice going over kick blocks. I know folks are praising the hustle and fight and say we've lacked talent the 1st two years, but it takes zero talent to hustle. It takes a motivator. It takes respect for the person leading you. It takes an atmosphere of not accepting anything short of the best effort from every player. We have to have that every game.
