Okay so Dooley's not looking so hot right now. But realistically I don't think Gruden will be coach here. He's sitting on 4 million a year to talk about NFL football, why on Earth would he come here?

Mostly just because he wants to coach. He said so recently. Everyone knows he will coach again before he retires and stays in the booth. That's why he made sure there was an "out" clause in his contract at espn. The stars have finally aligned!
