Anyone think that the talks started with Gruden when he visited last spring? Gruden could hardly keep a smile off his face in that interview. Like he knew something. Might be a stretch , but he sure seemed happy to be at Tennessee.

You see when one has more wins than losses the math should tell you the winning percentage is over .500. Gruden won a SB, something VERY FEW coaches have or ever will achieve.
