Brando, I have been reading this board for years before I ever made a single post, and what I learned from the firing of Fulmer til now is that 95% of stuff on here is opinions, but there are about 4-5 that say things that have proven to be true, factual and not ridiculous. Most of them are in this thread and I trust what they are saying. If you call this a pipe dream than fine, thats your opinion, but I choose to listen to what these few here are saying. If gruden cannot be gotton than they will tell us. But Until then I will listen and try to filter everything.Because in the end I want what is best for this team.

I was sad b/c I felt that one of my fellow Grudenites was ignoring me but I don't think he is...Think it was a misunderstanding.

Good post Midtn. Unfortunately we have some smart a** posters that think they know everything and are smarter than the rest. That is where their problems start........they think.

Thanks. Great trip. Good to be headed home. Just saw at a stop that there's a 60mph sustained wind tropical storm just off Puerto Rico. That explains the 15'+ seas all day yesterday and last night. It was rocking an 1100' ship like it was nothing. Glad I don't get seasick. I do feel like I'm still riding waves everytime I stand still though.

You don't realize the extend of rebuilding that is needed to right this program. CDD has done a lot of positves, but work remains....a strong recruiting class and tweaking the staff during the off season, CDD will have this team playing at a high level in 2013.

With so many jobs possibly opening up at the end of season and if Gruden is our guy then I think Dooley will be out in mideason and interim coach placed. Gruden announced week before Candy game or Troy imo!

If Gruden is indeed the target and the future coach I would have to concur with your statement here.

Wouldn't want another program in the mix. But some posters have said the money and conversations took places weeks ago.

Whats left to tweak? he more or less hired a brand new staff last year.

What on earth gives the impression that he is anything better than 7 or 8 wins a season any year?

LOL No not mad. I got my thoughts on a roll and had to type while I could. I was a Dooley supporter till the UF game. I was willing to give him time to show some significant improvement, and to my way of thinking, that hasn't happened. We still see the same mistakes being made, just in different games. How much time would you think it would take to compete with the top four teams in the conference?

Good to hear the vacation went well. How was the dive? I've never done that. Been deep sea fishing plenty of times though. I know the wave feeling. It takes a while for that to go away.

How does it feel to be in the minority of 'True Believers' now?

Comparing CDD to Gruden is apples and oranges. Gruden has a proven record that would warrant more leeway. Dooley has nothing except failure backing him up.
