Lets say we get Gruden, and then after a year he goes back to the league.
Guess where we are... Right back in the same boat.
No thanks.
Clay Travis thinks Gruden is our next coach

I think the bigger issue for Hart is that he doesn't want to make a change unless he's forced to. That being said, the conditions have been set. Dooley needs a win over Bama or SCar to stay.
Oh no, he might leave us.... no thanks, I'd rather have him here for one year.
Plus, if he comes here, he ain't leaving. He could have any open job in the NFL right now, no need for him to come here and cool his heels for 1 year.
Your post makes no sense.
It's made....the 8 win mark is for the public.
BTW, we traditionally let coaches go after USCe....so this is no real surprise.
so what it boils down to is for him to stay he has to win 1 of the next 2 and sweep November....
but he loses the next 2 games its mathematically impossible so he then is let go???
I believe making the announcement this week would be for the best. Neyland is only going to be 75% full Saturday, and half of that will be Crimson.
Announciung a change this week would give the fans reason to rally around this team for the rest of the year. They are costing themselves revenue they can ill afford to lose by delaying.
