I don't think we are convinced that Gruden is our next coach. I think a lot of us just enjoy watching some of you guys get your panties in a wad. The only people around here that are convinced of anything are the ones that blindly believe that Dooley has what it takes to be a winner. Considering he has done absolutely nothing to earn this faith, makes his followers look sad.

if supporting your head coach is sad but blindly stirring the pot is not? you admit thats exactly what you are doing, you offer nothing to the convo other than getting excited by watching people get angry on internet forums. id call that sad.

Gruden just sold his land in Tennessee and filed for divorce. Rumor has it he's quitting football until the replacement ref's are fired and he'd be interested in doing PR for Hooter's for the rest of his life.

I got some great news today. Think about this hire with a giant cherry on top. Still early but if Hart can make this happen he will go down as a UT legend.

I've heard back from 2 of my guys. One hasn't heard anything but said he wouldnt be surprised if the "money" folks haven't reached out to potential other coaches.

The other said that he knew for a fact that some boosters have made contact with possible replacements. I couldnt get a name or names out of him though.

Your efforts for the Nega cause are appreciated.

Guys, I'm fascinated by this conversation but I think we've all seen the body of work and can't we all agree that Dooley's ceiling as a coach is not that high--so therefore---whether or not he wins these next few games or not he's not "the guy" for this program? I think Hart waits until the end of season and then makes a change.

Go ahead and say it, my friend..."I'm a Nega and proud of it!" You're already there.

You make the call......

I absolutely love this thread. Been keeping up with it the past few days, and its kept me entertained at work. I would love to see Gruden roaming the sidelines at Neyland and watching the Jon Gruden Show on Sundays. I like Dooley as a person, but I feel like he just can't get it done.

Well I guess I'm a negavol now. And you know what? I really don't care.

Awrsome. The ranks continue to grow. Welcome.

I don't even understand why being called a 'negavol' would offend anyone. Especially when the team has ranged from mediocre to absolutely awful over the last decade.

If being a "NegaVol" is code for thinking Dooley is in so far over his head he would have to take off his cap to go to the bathroom, then its a badge I wear with pride!

I will never ever root for my Vols to lose, but still think we win 6 at best this year and Dooley hits the road. At least I hope so, unless they want to turn about 1/3 of Neyland into campus housing.

These student athletes deserve better, THEY KNOW IT, and therein lies our biggest problem at the current time.

We got ourselves a revolution! ¡Viva Negas!

Yeah, 2010 don't count. Dools just happened to walk by and hammy needed a warm body

Yeah we should have at least went with Kippy Brown as an interim coach and let it playout. If he was successful then in a year he keeps it. If not he goes and we can hire a coach in November.
