Jordan McRae not with the sixers?

You can get away with being slim, Reggie, and Rip come to mind. Jordy needs to work on ball handling, D, and what you said. People hated when I said he'd be overseas, but he has work to do. Hopefully he puts in the time and fix what he needs too. The problem might be overseas he can take guys semi regularly off the bounce. Often guys use their strength to be really good over there and don't develop what they need to get in the league. Which I'm not knocking, I'd gladly go overseas and get paid to do what I love.

Oh no doubt. Yeah he got away with it a lot in college due to good recovery and length. My concern is he had a defensive minded and "players" coach for the last 3 yr, along with watching effort from guys like Rich and Money Moore every day. And if it hasn't showed up yet it might not. Hopefully he improves enough in other areas to make up for it.

He is just overseas bc the sixes placed him there.....if all goes well he will join the team in January.

Not being a **** but is there a point? He's overseas cause the team doesn't think he can contribute right now. Nothing I said suggested otherwise.

I follow the sixers....they are doing this with most of their players......we are trying to suck.

Ah I gotcha. Why not got the NBDL route? seems like it would be better for development to me. Overseas usually seems to be the harder journey back.

Brett Brown the coach of the Sixers is tied in with Australian basketball......They are suppose to be using McRae and working on the things the Sixers want them too. Plus he will be competing in more games by January than he would in the NDBL... He does need to work on the things u mentioned though.

That makes sense then. Thanks.

Money can be drastically different to. I believe the NBDL has a salary of roughly $35K where overseas he could easily make six figures.
