'19 JUCO CB Elijah Blades (A&M commit) Now in portal

Last update on UF side was Ore believes they can get him enrolled for fall or winter quarter/term. UCLA has started to recruit him and advised him that he'll have a greater chance of being admitted if he was enrolled at a Cali juco.

Lots of moving parts involved.

Thanks for the info. Now price comment makes sense

Can we slow it down with all the talk of “silents” on here.

Some on this board would have you believe we have damn near a dozen silent commits at this point...

The actual number is 13. Please get with the program :rock::rock:

Does Blades make it through admissions is the big question. LSU and UF didn't push because of it. Legit first round skill set. Ducks mod put in his CB after speaking with him recently. Seems pretty confident Ore is the pick.

Seems Tidal Surge’ish. Florida didn’t push because Florida isn’t getting him. LSU already has high 4* and 5*’s in the fold so they’re set.

HG is one of the few good rival posters who brings good info from time to time. You would know that if you followed your own team’s recruiting on this board.

“Many have asked about the renewed buzz around Blades when most seem to be pointing toward Oregon. Oregon felt confident and rightfully so. They had a plan in place that would allow Blades to head to Eugene and go to school with no football this season. Why? Because the PAC 12 requires less academic credits in certain classes compared to the SEC and other conferences. Tennessee appears to have fended off that plan though, as Blades currently is back at Arizona Western. That's huge for Tennessee, as Blades seems to prefer to play in the SEC if he can take care of the academic side. ”
