'20 JUCO DE Jordan Davis (Mississippi State commit)

Idk but I’m pretty sure Justin Martin was there one year and came to UT as a true Sophomore
If you have to go juco bc of grades then you have to stay two years and leave in good academic standing. If you graduate HS with good grades but go juco for a different reason then you can leave after one year.

I believe.

I think he got around it because he realized he wasn't going to quailify during his senior year of HS, "dropped out", got his GED, and immediately enrolled in CC. That let him get enough credit hours to qualify while still not losing a year of eligibility

What’s the word on bama sites?

Basically it sounds like he recommitted without the staff giving him the green light. Not saying he could not end up at UA especially since the staff had him as a take once already but usually in this situation it seems the UA staff was not going to hold a spot yet until next year since had to be there for 2 years to see how academics went and his seasons.

There it is! Surprised it took this long

Didn’t want him anyway huh? Well, that was quick.

Reading not your strong point because I did not say that.

I mean come on when was the last time UT or any big DI program offered a 1st year JUCO player a committable offer? Because I do not remember a situation. Every JUCO I have seen offered a scholarship was the year they were graduating not 2 years out.
