I was kind of excited to add a juco given all the current seniors. Granted it’s possible we redshirt one of them like we did at WR last year to limit the attrition.

Is this like the average looking chick who says yes to the prom early on when you actually want to hold out for the babe who waits until the last minute? Just curious.. I’m getting those vibes here.
No, it's like the average looking chick that say yes to the prom knowing she will dump you if the stud QB asks her later.

We'll see what happens with Gordon but we also offered him out of Meridian HS, where he put up big numbers his junior year:

If you were an opposing offensive lineman or a quarterback last season, it’s safe to say Jamond Gordon’s name probably still instills fear into your heart. Even after missing several games due to injury, Gordon menaced teams last season to the tune of 83 tackles, 18 tackles for losses, 40 quarterback hurries and a gaudy 17 1/2 sacks, as Meridian reached the MHSAA Class 6A South State championship game.

Gordon is currently listed as Mississippi’s No. 17 ranked player in the class of 2019 by 247Sports, and he’s also the Premier Preps of East Mississippi’s Football Player of the Year.

While his production dropped significantly his senior year of HS, Gordon had a solid freshman season @ EMCC with 21 tackles, 6.5 TFL and 2 sacks:
