Yup. I don’t get why everyone cheers on our guys after they leave. Hope BHH never gets drafted and gets stuck playing in Turkey. I have said worse things about Henry T. than I’m willing to admit on this website. If you’re gonna run to an in conference opponent/rival, I wish you nothing but the absolute worst.

I remember how Auburn's twitter following was also confident that he would pick Auburn over Tennessee after Will Wade was fired at LSU last year ... He didn't.

Maybe they just figured that a player who had previously committed to LSwho had to be a good fit for barn due to a similar reputation with shenanigans and chicanery.

If he leaves for Auburn or any other SEC team, I wish him nothing but failure. Very soft move to leave for another SEC school when things don’t go perfectly according to plan. With that being said, best of luck to him if he transfers out of conference.

I do think it would be a poor long term decision for him to transfer. I think he would find out pretty quick that the grass ain’t always greener on the other side.

Just to respond to those asking, I have heard nothing about Phillips to Auburn and am not bothering anyone about it on Easter Sunday. Oddly the same people who whine that we don’t sign enough players with handlers get upset when a player with handlers starts shopping. Again— I haven’t heard anything about this situation as of Friday. If Phillips declares, we might lose him. If he shops for a better NIL or promises, we might lose him. If we’re going to sign, top 25 players, they might not stay as long as we like. If we sign developmental players, we have to wait through the development. I’ll judge next year’s roster when we get one.
